Liberty Street Residence, San Francisco CA (2008)
Rear-yard addition to and complete renovation of 1940's house (2,300 sf). Technically challenging addition on a steep and unstable site. A light, minimal vocabulary has completely changed the quality of a formerly dark and heavy ranch-style house. 

Ridge House, Sonoma County CA (2007)
New single-story house (4000 sf) on 10-acre site overlooking the Dry Creek Valley. Detached garage (900 sf), pool, spa, bocce ball court, tree house and solar pv array. Significant landscaping includes an olive orchard, small vineyard, vegetable and fruit gardens. Complete decoration.

Conrad-Shah Residence, San Francisco CA (1999, 2003, 2007)
Renovation of a 1906 house in 3 phases including the complete excavation of an unfinished basement for a new living level. Demolition and reconstruction of detached, 2-story garage with garden level playroom. Complete decoration.

Zajac Residence, East Hampton NY (2006)
New 2-story house (2200 sf) in a wetlands sensitive area. The new house builds upon and enlarges the footprint of an existing cottage. The interior and exterior areas of the new house are both discreet and interconnected in order to give an expanded sense of space within the compact plan and section. Solar pv array and geothermal systems.

Zajac Residences, New York NY (1991, 1998)
Complete renovation of 2 successive apartments (1600 sf and 2200 sf) in a pre-war building. The interiors are warm and minimal with a palette of oak, anigre and oxidized brass.

Davies Residence, San Francisco CA (2006)
Renovation of 2800 sf apartment for use as a live-work studio for a digital media artist. Integration of advanced technology for image production and projection within a sophisticated and minimalist interior. Complete decoration and custom furniture.

Choy Residence 2, San Francisco CA (2003)
Rear-yard addition (500 sf) to and renovation of a 1920's utilitarian house. Clean, modern detailing is seamlessly integrated with the straightforward construction of the older building.

Choy Residence 1, San Francisco CA (2001)
Third-floor addition (500 sf) to a 1908 cottage. The project artfully reconciles the traditional language of wood frame, shingled construction with an open and modern vocabulary in the new addition. The new addition includes a master bedroom, bathroom, stair and stair hall.
