Design Philosophy

Lubowicki · Lanier approach the design of each project as an opportunity to bring together the program, site, and client, into a unique set of relationships that find expression architecturally. The relationships of the building to site; building to context; and building to human scale are primary, as are the integration of landscape with architecture; the integration of art with architecture; and the integration of the individual with the architectural experience. Attention to these principals are what make the practice of architecture an art. It is through the creation of a common language integrating these relationships that the character and uniqueness each project embodies reveals itself in the building.
