The Children's Center at CalTech, Pasadena CA
Outdoor Science Laboratory for Reggio-inspired preschool. A building that accurately reflects the identity of The Children's Center, the culture and heritage of CalTech, and actively supports its mission. The goal was to created significant architecture that both adds value to the school and contributes to the greater community. Completed 2007

The Growing Place, Santa Monica CA
Collaborated with The Growing Place educators to create a building that accurately reflects the mission of The Growing Place, serves as an icon for its identity, and fosters the educational ideals of the Reggio approach - an environment that is functional, nurturing and inspiring. The Growing Place Project Studio received a 2001 American Institute of Architects/LA Design Award Citation and was published in LA Architect, Abitare, and Contract magazines.
