DesignARC was commissioned to provide complete programming, interior design, and project management services for approximately 74,000 s.f. of office space for Openwave Systems. The globally based company needed to consolidate corporate facilities from various locations into 4 separate buildings, unified by a common yet dynamic interior design theme. New facilities included reception areas, conference rooms, private offices, open work areas, teaming areas, break rooms, lunch rooms, and recreation facilities. The projects were designed and constructed on a limited construction budget and on a very tight time schedule.
