Philosophy

RPA believes in the positive transformation of space utilizing the principles of modern design. Collaboration with clients and public agencies, attention to site context and a focus on elegant details enables them to apply these principles to all phases of their work from conception to construction. The RPA office is comprised of individuals with unique and varied backgrounds and by uniting their diverse and complimentary experiences they strive to provide exceptional, comprehensive services to the community. RPA enjoys working on a variety of projects and their specialties lie in modern residential, commercial and multi-family projects.

(Conversion of a historic office building to loft apartments)

(New development in Pasadena that includes 4 flats and 16 townhouses)
