Located on the northern edge of Jones Park, Hamilton House consists of five residential floors sitting on a two-story commercial podium. A double height lobby with polished concrete floors, walnut wood details and a gas fireplace overlooks the park. Millwork and glass walls divide the amenity areas, including a lounge, kids’ room, gym and multipurpose room, while offering glimpses to the activities beyond. Bright pops of color and warm materials create a welcoming, communal atmosphere in the common areas. Apartments are finished with a clean palette and modern appliances and fixtures.
