This new riverfront neighborhood incorporates restaurants and shops with new residences above, a hotel, cultural attractions, marinas and ten acres of parks and open space. The maritime heritage of the waterfront is celebrated through the preservation of existing resources and the reactivation of the water’s edge.

The plan comprises of a series of “places,” varying in scale, program, and design. Together they create a waterfront destination for both local residents and visitors alike.
