  • „Why is it that we want to return to the office and should create suitable spaces for it? For some, permanently working from home sooner or later leads to isolation at the workplace and to dwindling self-motivation. With others, excesses of self-exploitation can be observed. A flowing and seamless transition between leisure and work can further promote these unhealthy tendencies. We need a mix of office and home office and must be able to happily embrace it.“ Jessica Borchardt, Dipl.-Ing. Architekt and Managing Director of BAID Architekten

  • „The challenges for working in the future, for planning the office of the future, are becoming increasingly complex. The realization of the last decades and especially of the last months: there is no universal recipe for ‘the workspace’. Individuality, security, flexibility and identification are more important than ever – all this has to be taken into account in order to create the place that gives the highly important personal encounter a spatial platform. For work processes can only regain value and produce the desired output with this personal encounter.“ Petra Pfeiffer, Head of Interior and Andreas Moser, Partner, Moser Assoziierte Architekten
