A refurbishment concept was developed for the buildings of the former Friedel chocolate factory, the manufacturer of ‘Frigeo Brause’. The focus is on the conversion of the production buildings into generous loft apartments.
Additionally, a new 5-storey residential building constructed on the site will provide comfortable business apartments.
